We met Quality Comics heroine Betty Bates recently (HERE), featuring some fine artwork by Al Bryant. Now here's a visit from Betty's Quality cousin, Sally O'Neil, who had a long run in National Comics. This one's from #42, dated May 1944, as supplied to comicbookplus by a dude named "Jon."
